- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

- We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
3. Shipping Rates:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.
4. Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our website or the carrier's website.
5. Shipping Restrictions:
- Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
6. Undeliverable Packages:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping fees.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Broke B, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim using the provided tracking information.
8. Delays:
- In rare cases, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or high order volumes. We will do our best to notify customers of any significant delays and provide updates on the status of their orders.
9. Returns Due to Shipping Issues:
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or other shipping issues, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
